Vanilla cake is only simple when it is done lazily.
Good vanilla has floral, creamy and woody notes of its own. It should not taste like a blank sponge waiting for decoration.
We build the flavour around Madagascan vanilla and a soft sponge, then use Swiss meringue buttercream so the finish is silky rather than aggressively sweet.

Yes, on selected designs. A short chocolate-plaque message is available on many cakes, with broader customisation or bespoke design available separately.
How much notice do I need?
Standard lead time is 48 hours. Same-day or next-day availability is sometimes possible on selected cakes, subject to capacity.
