A baked ice cream parlour birthday cake, rather than a frozen ice cream cake. Moist vanilla and chocolate sponge is layered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate sauce and glossy chocolate drip. A dropped waffle cone, mini soft-serve cones, freak shake-style cupcakes, glacé cherries and sprinkles bring the nostalgia of an ice cream sundae to a fresh celebration cake.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.

Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Is this a frozen ice cream cake? No. It is a freshly baked sponge cake decorated with ice cream parlour details.
This cake takes the colour and cheerful excess of an ice cream parlour and builds it around proper vanilla and chocolate sponge. The cones, cherries and sprinkles are playful, while the Swiss meringue buttercream keeps the finish smooth and creamy.
Vanilla Sponge/Cupcakes: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract
Chocolate Sponge/Cupcakes: Self raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs, milk, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129), colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110), colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133), colouring Blue (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E133 & E122), colouring Purple (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E122, E133).
Chocolate drip: Dark chocolate (milk, soya), Butter (milk).

Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support. Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
