I have a problem with an existing order. What should I send?
Email hello@angesdesucre.com with your order number, clear photographs and a description of the problem. If the cake has already been delivered, contact us as soon as possible.
I need a cake today or tomorrow. What is the fastest route?
WhatsApp us before 12 noon with the delivery postcode, date, cake size and short message. Same-day and next-day availability depends on bakery capacity and the driver route and is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Do you deliver outside London and Surrey?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Send us the full address and date so we can confirm whether the route is possible and quote any additional delivery charge case by case.
Can I collect a cake?
No. Anges de Sucre is delivery-only. Cake deliveries are handled by our own drivers.
How should I enquire about a bespoke or wedding cake?
Use our bespoke cake route and include the event date, delivery postcode, approximate servings, working budget and the central design idea. Bespoke commissions generally begin at £500.
