The sponge is soft, light and fragrant with vanilla, layered with smooth buttercream for a clean, silky finish. Frosted in ombré pink and finished with glazed doughnuts, golden mini doughnuts, Rolos, strawberry pearls, golden chocolate pearls and sprinkles, it brings together soft sponge, cream, caramel, chocolate and playful gloss in a polished celebration cake.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Pink Wink is one of those cakes that knows exactly what it is: pink, glossy, playful and not remotely apologetic about any of it. I wanted it to feel fun without losing its polish, so underneath all the ombré buttercream, baked doughnuts, golden peanut butter cups, Rolos, strawberry pearls, chocolate pearls and sprinkles, there is soft vanilla bean sponge and silky Swiss meringue buttercream doing the proper cake work. It is flirty, a little bit ridiculous, and very much in on the joke.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
