A miniature two-tier cake composed of Madagascan vanilla sponge, Swiss meringue buttercream and Valrhona chocolate. The sponge is soft, moist and close-crumbed, with the warmth of vanilla carried through smooth Swiss meringue buttercream. The upper tier is finished with Valrhona chocolate ganache drip, while the lower tier is hand-piped with pink and ivory buttercream, completed with a meringue kiss and a fine scattering of sprinkles for texture, colour and contrast.

Cake Care
Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
