Mr & Mrs Brooks got married at the swish Savile Club on BROOK STREET in Central London. I’d really like to think it isn’t just a coincidence because that is JUST SO CUTE! I wish there was a beautiful wedding venue on Bennett Street but the most I could scrape was a dinky old man pub in Mayfair or a day school in Chiswick. Just as well then.
Sara and John’s wedding venue had delicious pastel blue and gold detailing and we incorporated that into the three-tiered wedding cake with our pastel blue Cookies & Cream, Salted Caramel and Vanilla macarons with gold leaf gilding galore. The gold gilded chocolate baubles added to the winter wedding theme with some extra magic and sparkle. Oh and golden salted caramel pearls and gooey chocolate truffles all decorating tiers of chocolate, vanilla and red velvet sponge.
We also dressed their macaron wedding favours with gorgeous personalised place-setting tags, hand-lettered by Judy Broad calligraphy in gold ink no less. Dreamy!
