Sponges: This stunning croquembouche cake is made with 100% cake sponges - no fake towers here! We use layers of chocolate and matcha green tea cake sponges for a perfectly balanced combo.
Frosting: Frosted with our signature silken vanilla, raspberry and matcha Swiss meringue buttercream. On top of the frosting we add a chocolate glaze which makes a real impression.
Shelf life: All our cakes are baked fresh to order for delivery across London & Surrey. Most cakes have a 5-day shelf life from delivery, though elements like doughnuts may be best enjoyed within 1-2 days.
