Our cheery driver Alex shall delivery your cake during regular working hours, providing you with an ETA on the morning of delivery. Should you find yourself otherwise engaged, worry not! Shelf-life - At Anges de Sucre, we believe that fresh is best, which is why our cakes have a short shelf life of just 3 days. However, many people tell us they are good for up to 5 days. It's important to note that some components of the cake may not necessarily stay fresh for as long - for example, the doughnuts will only stay fresh-tasting for a few days.
Storage - If you're not planning to indulge in your cake on the same day, we recommend storing it in the fridge overnight to ensure it stays fresh.
Serving - When the time comes to serve your cake, take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature. This typically takes around 3 hours, depending on the temperature of your room. If serve it straight out of the fridge, the cake will be cold and potentially quite hard, and the flavours maybe subdued.
