Decorated with glossy chocolate drip and buttercream swirls, encrusted with popular chocolates like Kit Kat and Maltesers. Frosted with smooth vanilla and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, finished with hand-piped details.

The top tier has a glossy chocolate drip and piped buttercream swirls with maltesers and chocolate pearls.

• The second tier features a stylish striped buttercream fault-line and chocolate Fingers.
• The third tier is frosted in a striped vanilla and chocolate buttercream with piped buttercream details.
• The fourth tier is fully dressed with delicately hand-piped swirls and whirls of buttercream and encrusted with a variety of tuck-shop popular chocolates such as Kit Kat, Fingers, Rolos and Maltesers.

Cake Sponges

Each of the four tiers has two layers of our popular moist Belgian chocolate flavour sponges.

Frosting

Frosted with smooth and silky vanilla and chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. Not too sweet, and perfectly balanced with a silky mouth-feel. 

Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs, milk, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, golden syrup. 

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder.

Decorations -

Chocolate drip: dark chocolate [(Min cocoa 54.5%) Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, natural vanilla], butter (milk).
