Our croquembouche cakes are renowned worldwide and this cake is perfect for your summer wedding day or any other equally special celebration. Your guests will be left speechless at its beauty and will not raving about its deliciousness long after.

Decorations: The cake tower is made of vanilla sponge and is decorated with a variety of delicious desserts including sprinkle glazed profiteroles and eclairs, baked buttermilk doughnuts, assorted macarons, Ferrero Rocher and "soft-serve" buttercream cones, piped buttercream flowers, chocolate pearls and candied popcorn with subtle silver lustre and sparkle.

Sponges: Layers of chocolate and vanilla sponges. 

Frosting: Frosted with our signature silken vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. It's then glazed with our signature Belgian chocolate drip.

To preserve our signature design and flavour, we currently offer customisation limited to personalised messages on the cake board. For bespoke requests, please get in touch.

We can accommodate vegan,
gluten-free, or nut-free requests by getting in touch.

Store the cake in a cool, dry place. If the ambient temperature is warm, cover the box in clingfilm, refrigerate
it and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving.
