Madagascan vanilla sponge layered with peach vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with hand-piped buttercream gerberas, roses, chrysanthemums and blossoms. The sponge is soft and moist; the buttercream is silky and vanilla-scented. The result is a bright, generous buttercream bouquet made entirely by hand.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

I wanted this cake to feel like a proper bouquet: abundant, bright and full of life, but piped with precision. Every gerbera, rose, chrysanthemum and blossom is buttercream, so the decoration is part of the cake, not something to pick off.
Vanilla sponge: Flour (wheat), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.
Swiss meringue buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt. Colours used in the design may include pink (glycerol, propylene glycol, E551, E104, E155, E129), yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol, E551, E104, E110), green (glycerol, propylene glycol, E551, E104, E133), blue (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, E133, E122) and purple (glycerol, propylene glycol, E551, E122, E133).
Allergen advice: Made in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. Traces may be present.
Colour warning: E104, E110, E122 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowels for structural support.
Each cake is made and decorated by hand. It will closely resemble the photographs, but small variations in piping and colour are part of its handmade finish.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
