The Sponges: Three layers of moist vanilla sponge cake in every delicious slice. 

The Frosting: Filled and covered with smooth and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in peach with piped pink details.

Red Velvet - Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sunflower and rapeseed oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].

Storage: Keep the cake in its box in a cool room, or refrigerate if not serving the same day. For detailed guidance, see our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow around three hours out of the fridge so the sponge softens and the buttercream becomes silky and aromatic.
