We are absolutely delighted to extend our complimentary hand-delivery service to the areas of London, Berkshire, and Surrey, all at no cost to you! Simply pop your chosen treat into your basket and provide your delivery details to unveil our delivery costs (or lack thereof, in some cases).

We deliver our scrumptious cakes from Tuesday to Saturday. Each cake is baked to order, ensuring ultimate freshness and a solid commitment to our zero-waste philosophy. NB. Your cake will be perfectly fresh for 5 days.

Though we'd love to teleport our cake creations instantly to your doorstep, we're still working on the tech. For now, we must politely decline same-day or next-day delivery requests, as our bakery prioritises freshness and sustainability above all else.

Our cheery driver Alex shall deliver your cake during regular working hours, providing you with an ETA on the morning of delivery. Should you find yourself otherwise engaged, worry not! Simply arrange for an alternative solution, such as entrusting your cake to a neighbour or a safe place. Together, we'll make it work! We’re a small and exclusive bakery with service to match.

Our third-party courier partner deliver Tuesday to Friday inclusive (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) on an overnight service, Mainland UK only. They aim to deliver between 08:00 and 16:00. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 14:00 the same day, if not then the next, unless a future date is chosen at check-out. Orders placed after 14:00 on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

All our fragile perishable packages can be tracked and require a signature. In the event of signature unavailability the couriers will try to find a neighbour to sign or a safe place to leave the parcel, failing which a missed-delivery card will be placed for the recipient to rearrange delivery.

Macaroons are fragile delicacies. We take the utmost care in packaging our luxury gifts using plenty of shock absorbing materials and only use our trusted fragile goods specialist courier who look after our packages with extra attention on their overnight deliveries. While we have taken all the precautions we can, there is still an unavoidable chance of slight damage. In the rare case of damage, we promise the delicious flavours and textures will be unaffected!

Please note that at this time our couriers offer overnight services to Mainland-UK addresses only. Please contact us regarding delivery to addresses outside of Mainland UK eg: Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

The macaroon tower stand is hand-washable and can be used again for many occasions, such as birthdays, corporate events, weddings, baby and bridal showers - you'd only need to refill the macaroons!

Assembly: Please note that macaroon towers are delivered 'flat-packed' with easy assembly instructions and require assembly on-site. However, we can provide pre-arranged assembly of 4-tier towers for delivery within London at and additional cost.
