A pistachio celebration cake composed of vanilla pistachio sponge, crushed pistachios and pastel green Swiss meringue buttercream. The sponge is light and fluffy, with pistachio folded through for gentle nuttiness and texture, then layered with smooth buttercream for a clean, silky finish. It is decorated with a cascade of pink buttercream swirls, pink macarons, pistachio macarons and crushed pistachios, bringing crispness, colour and a little theatre to the soft, nutty sponge beneath.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Pistachio has always felt deeply personal to me, tied to the Asian and Middle Eastern desserts I grew up with, and this cake, the first pistachio cake I ever created, still has that lovely balance I wanted from the beginning: soft vanilla pistachio sponge, silky buttercream, crushed pistachios, macarons and just enough pink-and-green glamour to make it feel properly special.
Pistachio Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, pistachios (nuts).
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133), colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).
Decorations:
Macarons: Icing sugar, almonds (nuts), sugar, butter (milk), egg white, raspberry, tonka bean extract, strawberry compound (flavouring substances, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, strawberries, vegetable extracts [carrots, red beet], modified starch, ethyl alcohol, citric acid, maltodextrin), pistachio compound (flavouring substances, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, pistachios [nuts]), colour E102, E133.
Crushed pistachios (nuts).
*Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 – which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame, and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
