A pistachio deluxe cake composed of freshly baked pistachio sponge, speckled pistachio Swiss meringue buttercream, pistachio crème, pistachio macarons and pistachio white chocolate truffles. The sponge is soft, nutty and fragrant, layered with smooth pistachio buttercream for a creamy, rounded finish. Decorated with pistachio crème drip, loaded cupcakes, crushed pistachios, pistachio macarons, pistachio truffles and swirls of pistachio buttercream, it brings together pistachio in its soft, creamy, crisp and nutty forms for a polished celebration cake with real depth.

This cake started with a very simple question: how much pistachio can one cake carry before it becomes completely unreasonable? Happily, the answer is quite a lot. I wanted it to feel abundant but still balanced, so it is built with soft pistachio sponge, speckled pistachio Swiss meringue buttercream, pistachio crème, crushed pistachios, pistachio macarons, loaded cupcakes and pistachio white chocolate truffles. It has that lovely pistachio warmth I adore: nutty, earthy, creamy and gently sweet, with enough texture to make every forkful feel properly generous.

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, salt, pistachios (nuts)
