Three moist and spongey, eggless and dairy-free vegan matcha green tea infused cake layers sandwiched, frosted with a vegan matcha buttercream, glazed with our signature dairy-free Belgian chocolate drip, and decorated with piped vegan matcha buttercream details, vegan Matcha and coconut shortbread biscuits, crushed matcha cookies and dessicated coconut.

Ingredients: Almond milk (nuts), coconut milk, non-dairy margarine (containing vegetable oils - Rapeseed, Palm, Sunflower, emulsifier, citric acid, colour - Carotene, Vitamin A and D), sugar, matcha, corn flour, flour (wheat, gluten), baking soda, vanilla extract, Dark chocolate (soya lecithin)
All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. While we do not have vegan accreditation this cake is made without animal products.

Delivery outside of Central London is based on distance from our bakery. To view the cost add the item to your basket and add your delivery details.
We need 2 days notice to prepare your cake. Our cakes are freshly baked to order.
Cakes are delivered fresh from our bakery during normal working hours. Timed deliveries can be arranged at cost by emailing us. We do aim to delivery your cake as early as possible.
If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour.
While all our cakes are baked with wheat flour and include gluten, we are able to bake gluten-free Vanilla sponge and add toppings which are free from gluten-including ingredients such as macaroons, popcorn, fudge, upon request. All our cakes contain egg, dairy and traces of soya, and are baked in premises where we handle nuts, gluten, peanuts and food colourings.
