Hey, so totes casual-like, we were featured in the Evening Standard along with our cakes yesterday. Okay, I was trying to play it cool but there was nothing casual about it...IT WAS AN EPIC PIECE!!!
Lizzie, the Evening Standard journalist, came for a private cake decorating class to decorate her own FreakCake - the Triple Decker Nutella Ferrero Rocher Brownie cake, and learn about its freakiness. It's a monster of a cake, with layers of chocolate brownie, Oreo and chocolate chip cookie dough sponges, Nutella Swiss meringue buttercream, Ferrero Rocher ice cream cones, hazelnuts, brownie chunks, heaps of oreos and cookie dough balls.
