The Pistachio Truffle Cake - layers of freshly baked Hero Sponge cake with real pistachios, sandwiched and covered with pistachio Swiss meringue buttercream, luscious drips of Italian pistachio creme, and pops of white chocolate pistachio creme truffles, and lots of crushed pistachios.
We've championed pistachios in this cake above all. The sponge is soft and fluffy with a sweet nutty aroma, the buttercream is beautifully speckled with real green pistachios.
But that pistachio creme drip...my goodness...THAT DRIP.
Pistachio creme is the most elite spread in a jar. We've used it liberally to drip over the cake and fill white chocolate truffles.
Three tiers of this glorious cake for a very special birthday indeed. We freshly baked all the sponge layers, as always, and fully decorated and assembled the cake before packaging it carefully. Our driver then picked up this delicious three-tiered pistachio birthday cake from our London bakery to deliver it safely to Surrey, party-perfect.

Hi, I wanna know how much this cake is and I wanna know if you can make the same one but we’ve only vanilla cream in the middle and no raspberry in the middle as in just Vallina cake the same as the one u got there and where are you based? Are you based in London? And I’m allergic to milk so please is this dairy free and gluten-free
