Pistachio has always felt luxurious to me when it is treated properly. This cake is about letting that flavour lead, not hiding it behind sugar or colour. It is nutty, creamy, gently earthy and generous, with the kind of pistachio depth that makes restraint feel slightly pointless.

Cake Care
Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
