The sponge is soft, nutty and studded with crushed pistachios, layered with smooth buttercream for a creamy, rounded finish. A pistachio crème drip, white chocolate pistachio truffles, buttercream swirls and crushed pistachios bring texture, depth and a polished Sicilian richness.

Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Pistachio has always felt luxurious to me when it is treated properly. This cake is about letting that flavour lead, not hiding it behind sugar or colour. It is nutty, creamy, gently earthy and generous, with the kind of pistachio depth that makes restraint feel slightly pointless.

Pistachio Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, Pistachios (nuts)
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, pistachios (nuts).
Decorations:
Pistachio Cream: Pistachio (nuts), Sugar, Milk Powder, Extra virgin Olive Oil, vegetable Fat, emulsifying : Soy lecithin.
White Chocolate Truffle Shells: Sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
