Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

The cocoa and buttermilk keep the red velvet sponge soft and lightly tangy. Oreos and dark chocolate add bitterness and crunch, giving the cake more depth than a simple sweet red velvet finish.
Red Velvet Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs , milk , buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129] .
Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, colouring Red ( (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E124 & E12), cocoa.
Decorations-
Chocolate Drip: Dark chocolate (milk , soya), butter (milk).
Oreos: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder 4.6 %, WheatStarch, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Salt, Raising Agents (Potassium Hydrogen Carbonate, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate), Emulsifiers (Soya Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Flavouring (Vanillin)], colouring oil-based RED (Red: glycerol E422, colour: E129, emulsifier & stabiliser: lecithin E322)

Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
