Your fallback is agreed before delivery
A safe-place instruction is required. If nobody can receive the cake, the driver may use the nominated safe place, photograph it and notify you. If that place is unsuitable, the driver may use reasonable judgement to choose another appropriate nearby safe place. If nowhere is safe, the cake may return to the bakery and any redelivery is arranged case by case.

How much does delivery to Epsom cost?
Standard cake delivery is complimentary within the London and Surrey areas we serve. Priority delivery and further-afield arrangements are separate where applicable.
Which days do you deliver to Epsom?
Standard deliveries run Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, subject to route capacity for the date and address.
What time will the cake arrive?
Standard delivery is between 08:00 and 17:00. Live tracking and an ETA are sent on the morning of delivery. Priority delivery before 12 noon is £39 where available.
Can I get a cake today or tomorrow?
Sometimes. Same-day and next-day availability depends on the cake, bakery capacity, postcode and driver route. WhatsApp us before 12 noon with the postcode, date, cake size and short message.
What happens if nobody is there?
We use the fallback safe-place instruction supplied for delivery. The driver photographs the location and notifies you. If the nominated place is unsuitable, the driver may choose another reasonable nearby safe place; if none is available, the cake may return to the bakery.
Do you deliver beyond London and Surrey?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Send us the full address and date. Any additional delivery charge is quoted case by case and may occasionally be waived.
Can I collect the cake?
No. Our bakeries are working dispatch and receiving sites, not customer collection points. Cake deliveries are handled by our own drivers.
