Delivery
Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Vanilla Sponge: Flour (wheat , gluten ), sugar, egg , milk , buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.
Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, Salt, colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133), colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129], colouring Black [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono propylene glycol E1520, Water, Silica E551, Food colour - E124 E133 E104].

Sprinkles: sugar, milk chocolate (53.1%) [sugar, cocoa butter (20% min), whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min], dextrose, fat (palm, sunflower, coconut), starch (WHEAT, maize, potato, rice), glucose syrup, water, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), glazing agents (E464, E901, shellac, acacia gum, carnauba wax, beeswax), stabiliser (arabic gum), colours (E100, E101, E120, E131, E133, E129, E171)

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame, and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully, and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
