It's no secret I am obsessed with pistachios. My Asian-Middle-Eastern heritage probably has a lot to do with my obsession, and I grew up having pistachio-based desserts. It's still one of my favourite flavours in anything dessert-related. This cake was the first pistachio cake I created and is still one of our best-selling cakes.

The Lady in Red Velvet is a little bit fancy, a little bit glamorous, very posh, and wholly delicious. Just looking at it makes you feel its elegance without the need for any extra frills or fuss.

The simple sophistication of elegant buttercream piping and pretty colours of pink and green is what makes this cake so eye-catching. And it's more than just a pretty face, of course—the jewel-like raspberry and pistachio macarons are, quite literally, the crowning jewels of this cake.

To preserve our signature design and flavour, we currently offer customisation limited to personalised messages on the cake board. For bespoke requests, please get in touch.

We can accommodate vegan,

Store the cake in a cool, dry place. If the ambient temperature is warm, cover the box in clingfilm, refrigerate
it and bring it to room temperature at least one hour before serving.
