Decorations: This cake is artfully decorated with a hand-modelled edible Baloo the Bear cake topper. The cake also has cake-pop-fudge jungle terrain, fondant bananas, and Malteser "coconuts", with piped foliage to complete the jungle vibe.

Sponges: Three layers of freshly baked, crowd-pleasing, vanilla sponge.

Frosting: Our signature Swiss meringue buttercream in forest green finish. This buttercream is superior to the generic icing commonly available. It's perfectly balanced, not too sweet (due to using typically a lot less sugar than common frosting), with a silky texture.

Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggsmilk, buttermilk (milk), vegetable oil, sunflower oil, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder, colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133).

Shelf life: All cakes are baked fresh to order. Most keep five days from delivery. Certain elements, such as doughnuts, are best within one to two days.

Storage: Wrap the box in cling film for freshness. Refrigerate if not serving the same day. See our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow about three hours out of the fridge. This ensures a softer texture and fuller flavour.
