Decorations: The cake is a visual journey through space, decorated with shimmery blue and purple buttercream reflecting the tones of the galaxy. It's decorated with piped buttercream details and lustred chocolate sphere "planets," along with spacey chocolate shards glistening with sugar pearls and sprinkles, adding to its interstellar appeal.

Cake Sponges: At its core are three delicious layers of Belgian chocolate sponge. 

Frosting: The cake is layered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, capturing the mystical colours of the galaxy. Its smooth and creamy texture is a heavenly experience, and naturally low in sugar!

Shelf life: All cakes are baked fresh to order. Most keep five days from delivery. Certain elements, such as doughnuts, are best within one to two days.

Storage: Wrap the box in cling film for freshness. Refrigerate if not serving the same day. See our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow about three hours out of the fridge. This ensures a softer texture and fuller flavour.
