Serving & Storage

Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.

Shelf life: Best enjoyed within five days of delivery.
Storage: Keep boxed in a cool room, or refrigerate if not serving the same day.
Serving: Bring to room temperature for around three hours before serving.
