Cake Sponges: Beneath its frosty exterior are two freshly baked layers of vanilla sponge, each sandwiched with luscious vanilla buttercream.

Frosting & Glaze: It's frosted with smooth vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream in a blue watercolour style, reminiscent of Elsa's icy powers. A glossy white Belgian chocolate glaze adds the finishing touch. 

Vanilla Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, Salt, colouring Blue (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520).

Decorations-

White Chocolate Drip: White chocolate [(Min cocoa 28.1/ Min milk solids 23%). Sugar. Cocoa butter. Whole milk powder. Cocoa mass. Emulsifier; Soya lecithin. Natural vanilla], cream (milk), colouring White (E422 Glyerol, E1520 Propylene gycol, E171 Titanium dioxide, E551 Silicon dioxide).

White Chocolate Crispearls: White Chocolate 85% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milkmilk sugar, dry creamwhey, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), salt, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), modified potato starch. Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Delivery areas: London and Surrey.

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.

Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
