Your cake will be delivered in a temperature-controlled vehicle by our experienced delivery driver, ensuring it arrives fresh and in mint condition.

We take great care in delivering your cake, but in the extremely rare case that your cake is damaged we will do everything we can to help. If the cake is damaged upon arrival, simply return the cake to our driver who will bring it back to us for a replacement or a refund. 

Absolutely! During the ordering process for many of our cakes, you can customise them by selecting different flavours, colours, and add personalised messages.
