Cake Sponges: Enjoy three layers of freshly baked, rich chocolate sponge, each sandwiched with our sumptuous vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, adding a creamy contrast to the chocolatey base.

Frosting and Glaze: The cake is frosted in chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and finished with a glossy Belgian chocolate drip.

Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow about three hours out of the fridge. This ensures a softer texture and fuller flavour.
