Decorations

Decorated as the most delicious Christmas dessert tree. Glazed profiteroles and eclairs, baked buttermilk “wreath” doughnuts, gingerbread men and houses, glittery chocolate flakes and chocolate baubles, Maltesers and macarons. Santa would be so lucky to have a crumb left for him.

Layers of lovely chocolate and vanilla sponge sandwiched with silky swiss meringue buttercream.

Frosting and Glaze

Smooth and silky chocolate Swiss Meringue buttercream cover the cake. It's then completed with our signature Belgian dark and white chocolate drip glaze. It's delicious!

Shelf life: All cakes are baked fresh to order. Most keep five days from delivery. Certain elements, such as doughnuts, are best within one to two days.

Storage: Wrap the box in cling film for freshness. Refrigerate if not serving the same day. See our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow about three hours out of the fridge. This ensures a softer texture and fuller flavour.
