Our cake is encased in a silky low-sugar vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream. The fault line style decoration adds a touch of whimsy and sophistication, making our cake a visual and taste sensation.

Decorated with fun, colourful sprinkles, artistically piped buttercream swirls, and crowned with cherries, our cake is a feast for the eyes. It's perfectly suited for any fun celebration!
Vanilla Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.
Decorations -
Sprinkles: Sugar, Wheat Starch, Glucose Syrup, Colours (Curcumin, Chlorophyll), Concentrated Beetroot Juice, Glazing Agent (White and Yellow Beeswax).
Glace Cherries: Cherries (contain Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Sugar, Water, Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Colour: Erythrosine.
Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Delivery days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.
Delivery areas: London and Surrey.
Delivery charges: Free.
Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.
Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life
Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
