Once your order is placed, please email us reference photos, any additional details for your figurine (eg: outfit colours) and details of favourite things and hobbies within one hour of placing the order in response to your confirmation email. Please note, any delays in sending across the reference images may result in delayed delivery of the cake.
  • Personalise it further by adding a short message on a chocolate plaque.
  • Select your preferred delivery date with a MINIMUM of two week's notice during checkout and you're all set.

We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 8 am – 5 pm. Order by 4 pm the day before for next-day delivery. You’ll get live tracking on the morning of delivery.
