    Lemon Raspberry Sponge: Flour (wheat , gluten), sugar, egg , milk , buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, lemon zest, lemon juice, natural lemon flavouring with other natural flavourings, vanilla extract, raspberries, salt. 

    Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129), colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110).

    *Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.

    We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 8 am – 5 pm. Order by 4 pm the day before for next-day delivery. You’ll get live tracking on the morning of delivery.

    Yes — we offer complimentary delivery to all London and Surrey addresses.

    Most cakes stay fresh for 5 days from delivery. Wrap the box in cling film and store in the fridge if not serving the same day. Bring to room temperature for 3 hours before serving.
