It's no secret I am obsessed with pistachios. My Asian-Middle-Eastern heritage probably has a lot to do with it, and I grew up on pistachio-based desserts. This cake was the first pistachio cake I ever created and remains one of our best-sellers in London and Surrey.

The Posh Pistachio Cake is a little bit fancy, a little bit glamorous, very posh, and wholly delicious. Elegant buttercream piping, pink-and-green tones, and jewel-like macarons make it visually irresistible — and it tastes every bit as good as it looks.

Pistachio Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, pistachios (nuts).

Decorations:

Macarons: Icing sugar, almonds (nuts), sugar, butter (milk), egg white, raspberry, tonka bean extract, strawberry compound (flavouring substances, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, strawberries, vegetable extracts [carrots, red beet], modified starch, ethyl alcohol, citric acid, maltodextrin), pistachio compound (flavouring substances, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, pistachios [nuts]), colour E102, E133.

Crushed pistachios (nuts).

We deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 8 am – 5 pm. Order by 4 pm the day before for next-day delivery. You’ll get live tracking on the morning of delivery.
