This feisty Dim Sum Cake is sure to have eyeballs follow wherever it goes. Stacked tall and high with three layers of Belgian chocolate, red velvet and vanilla sponges, it's sandwiched and frosted with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream in bold red and yellow, glazed in our signature Belgian chocolate ganache drips and crowned with hand-made chocolate and cookie dough gyozas, har gau and siu mai, wafer fans and golden chocolate-covered biscuit chopsticks.
The tigers and dragons won't be crouching or hiding around this cake, they'll be parading!
Ps: If you would prefer the "chopsticks" to not be upright, as it could be viewed as unlucky in Chinese culture, please just drop it in the notes that you would rather have them laid down. Only happy to oblige!

We delivery everyday except for Sunday.
Delivery outside of Central London is based on distance from our bakery. To view the cost add the item to your basket and add your delivery details.
We need 2 days notice to prepare your cake. Our cakes are freshly baked to order.
Cakes are delivered fresh from our bakery during normal working hours. Timed deliveries can be arranged at cost by emailing us. We do aim to delivery your cake as early as possible.
If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour.
While all our cakes are baked with wheat flour and include gluten, we are able to bake gluten-free Vanilla sponge and add toppings which are free from gluten-including ingredients such as macaroons, popcorn, fudge, upon request. All our cakes contain egg, dairy and traces of soya, and are baked in premises where we handle nuts, gluten, peanuts and food colourings.
