The Sponges: Three layers of deeply dark Guinness chocolate sponge, each offering a luxurious stout flavour.

The Frosting: The cake is layered with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and frosted in a stylish semi-naked design, adding a smooth and creamy contrast to the rich sponges.

Decorations: Lavishly decorated with a chocolate ganache drip and crowned with cupcakes, buttercream swirls, and chocolate crispy pearls. 

Guinness Chocolate Sponge: Self raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, malted milk drink powder, sunflower oil, Guinness (alcohol), cocoa powder, yoghurt (milk), vanilla extract, salt

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.

Chocolate Drip: Dark chocolate (milk/soya), butter (milk)

Chocolate Crispy pearls: Chocolate 84.0% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous Milkfat, emulsifier: SOYA lecthin, natural vanilla flavouring), crisped cereals (WHEAT malt flour, starch (WHEAT), raising agent E500ii, salt, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring), glucose syrup, sugar, glazing agent: E414, modified starch, vegetable fat (coconut).

Delivery times: 8am - 5pm. You will receive live tracking on the morning of your delivery letting you know when the driver is near.

Delivery areas: London and Surrey.

Shelf-life: Our cakes at Anges de Sucre are baked fresh, with a 5-day shelf life. Note: some elements like doughnuts may have a shorter freshness period.

Storage: To maintain freshness, wrap the box in cling-film and store the cake in the fridge if not serving the same day. Read more about storage and shelf-life

Serving: Allow the cake to reach room temperature before serving, usually taking about 3 hours. Serving it directly from the fridge may result in a harder texture and less pronounced flavours.
