This cake was inspired by me, myself, and I! My 40th birthday had to have a cake that included champagne, bubbles, and a good time, including a unicorn self-portrait—all the essentials, really. And it needed to be executed in a luxurious and high-quality manner without taking itself too seriously. I think we've ticked all those boxes.
