Konichiwa, you sushi lover! Layers of matcha green tea, chocolate, and red velvet sponge. Decorated with hand-made, vegetarian-friendly cake fudge, and decorated with Rice Krispie and fondant nigiri and maki rolls. Complete with little chocolate bowls of chocolate "soy sauce" and fondant.

Decorations: Decorated with hand-modelled cake fudge sweet sushi "nigiri" and "maki" rolls, wafer fans, and chocolate pots of ganache "soy" sauce with fondant "wasabi". Oh! Also  golden chocolate biscuit sticks and beautiful buttercream piping.

Sponges: Three freshly baked layers of Belgian chocolate, red velvet and Matcha green tea sponges.

Frosting: Frosted with vanilla and Matcha Swiss meringue buttercream marbled with orange-coloured buttercream. Then glazed in our signature glossy Belgian chocolate drip.

Serving & Storage

Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
