Our Royal Coronation Cake is designed with three lovely layers of lemon sponge. Our silky soft Swiss meringue buttercream in patriotic red, blue and white stripes frost the cake layers and is then decorated in full regal style celebrating everything that is quintessentially British - a golden fondant tiara, a chocolate teapot, fondant strawberries, fondant bunting, chocolate teacups with swirling Earl Grey infused ganache "tea", dunked Bourbon biscuits and Custard Creams, hand piped roses and foliage and a smattering of celebratory sprinkle confetti.
