Delivery
Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Frosting: Pink Swiss meringue buttercream, silky smooth.
Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg , milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).
Decorations:
Buttercream Flowers: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Green (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E133), colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129), colouring Red [Vegetable Glycerine E422, Mono Propylene Glycol E1520, Water, Ponceau 4R E124, Allura Red E129].
Chocolate Caramels: Milk Chocolate (55%), Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural vanilla Flavour. Caramel Creme filling (45%): Sugar, Vegetable Oils and fats (Palm), Skimmed Cocoa Powder, Whey Powder (Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Vanillin, Flavours. Milk Chocolate contains cocoa solids 28% minimum, milk solids 16% minimum Contains Nuts & cereals containing gluten.
*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children.
All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
