Frosting: Frosted with our signature vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. 

Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, cocoa powder

Fondant: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm Oil, Water, Humectant (Glycerine), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum, Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring], colouring Black (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E124, E133 & E104) .

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow around three hours out of the fridge so the sponge softens and the buttercream becomes silky and aromatic.
