  • Once your order is placed, please email us clear reference photos and any extra details for your figurine (e.g. outfit style, tutu colours) within one hour of receiving your confirmation email. Delays in sending images may affect your delivery date.
  • Make it even more personal by adding a short message on a chocolate plaque.
  • Simply choose your preferred delivery date (with at least two weeks’ notice) during checkout — and you’re all set.
