Lemon Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, buttermilk (milk), yoghurt (milk), sunflower oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, lemon extract (rapeseed oil, lemon oil (4%)).

Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110).

Decorations

Glace cherries: Cherry (56%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide).

White Chocolate Crisp pearls: White Chocolate 85% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milkmilk sugar, dry creamwhey, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheatstarch, sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), salt, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), modified potato starch.
