Buttercream: Sugar, Egg White, Butter (milk), Vanilla Extract, colouring Yellow (glycerol E422, propylene glycol E551, colours E104 & E110).
Glace cherries: Cherry (56%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide).
White Chocolate Crisp pearls: White Chocolate 85% (sugar, cocoa fat, dry whole milk, milk sugar, dry cream, whey, natural vanilla flavour), crisped cereals (wheat flour, sugar, wheat malt flour, wheatstarch, sodium bicarbonate added as raising agent, vegetable fat (soya, palm, rapeseed), salt, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, glucose syrup (wheat), modified potato starch.

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
