The Cookies & Cream Milkshake Cupcake is a much-needed cupcake version of those classic cookies-and-cream milkshakes that just scream nostalgia. I wanted to create something that was both fun and familiar, cakey, creamy, but with that unmistakable cookies-and-cream crunch.

This cupcake is pure comfort in every bite. It’s fun, playful, and reminds you of simpler times when a cookies-and-cream treat would bring you so much joy, except this time it's a little bit fancier.

The crunch from the Oreo cookies, against the creaminess of the Callebaut Belgian white chocolate ganache and the soft, tender crumb of the sponge, gives this cupcake that satisfying textural experience that makes each bite special.
