Vanilla Sponge: Made with wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, sunflower or vegetable oil, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Pistachio Sponge: Prepared using wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, sunflower or vegetable oil, buttermilk (milk), sugar, pistachio (nuts), baking powder, and vanilla extract.

Chocolate Sponge: Baked with self-raising flour (wheat/gluten), bicarbonate of soda, sugar, eggs, milk, sunflower oil, cocoa powder, coffee, and golden syrup.

Buttercream: A smooth blend of sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, and cocoa.

Decorations: Finished with pistachios (nuts).
