We take great care in delivering your cake, but in the extremely rare case that your cake is damaged we will do everything we can to help. If the cake is damaged upon arrival, simply return the cake to our driver who will bring it back to us for a replacement or a refund.
Absolutely! During the ordering process for many of our cakes, you can customise them by selecting different flavours, colours, and add personalised messages. If you have specific requirements that aren't available as options on the product of your choice, please email us and we will be able to help further with any quotes for further changes.
To keep your cake safe and fresh, store it in a cool, dark and dry place. Detailed storage instructions will be provided with your cake, in your order confirmation email as well as in our FAQs on cake storage.
