A champagne unicorn party cake of Madagascan vanilla sponge and pink Swiss meringue buttercream. The sponge is soft, moist and quietly fragrant, layered with smooth buttercream for a clean vanilla finish. A chocolate champagne bottle, chocolate bubbles, sprinkles, piped swirls and a hand-modelled party unicorn bring gloss, humour and celebration without losing the polish of a proper occasion cake.

This cake was inspired by my own 40th birthday, which naturally required champagne, bubbles, cake and a unicorn self-portrait. I wanted it to feel glamorous without becoming serious, silly without becoming cheap, and properly celebratory in the way only an unashamed party cake can be.

Every cake is baked to order in our London kitchen, then hand-delivered by our own team. Complimentary delivery is included across London & Surrey, with live tracking and careful temperature-controlled handling from bakery to doorstep.
Cake Care
Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
