Black Forest is one of those classics that only works when the balance is right, so our version keeps the deep chocolate, cherry and cream at its heart, but gives it a cleaner Anges de Sucre finish: dark cocoa sponge, tangy cherry compote, smooth vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, elegant cupcakes and cherry crowns, all composed to feel rich, polished and generous without losing the charm of the original gateau.

Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery. Store it carefully, serve it at room temperature, and the sponge and buttercream will be at their best.
