We are bringing BACK the boss of the 80s dessert scene - the mighty Black Forest cake - in all its cherry-chocolatey glory. Relive your childhood memories with our unique take on this classic dessert. We've all seen it make an appearance at fancy parties back in the day.

Decorations 

Decorated with chocolate drip cupcakes, glace cherries, chocolate crispy pearls and buttercream swirls.

Sponges

Three freshly baked and delicious layers of chocolate sponge. Between each layer there is a cherry compote and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

Frosting and Glaze

Frosted in our special buttercream, with a glossy Belgian chocolate drip drizzling down.

Chocolate Sponge: Flour (wheat, gluten), sugar, egg, milk, cocoa, sunflower oil, sodium bicarbonate (raising agent: E500), instant coffee granules, vanilla extract.

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.

Cherry conserve: Black Cherries, Sugar, Brown Cane Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin.

Decorations -

Chocolate Drip: dark chocolate (milk, soya), butter (milk).

Glace cherries: Cherry (56%), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Colour (Anthocyanins), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide).

Chocolate Crispy pearls: Chocolate 84.0% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous Milkfat, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), crisped cereals (WHEAT malt flour, starch (WHEAT), raising agent E500ii, salt, cocoa butter, natural vanilla flavouring), glucose syrup, sugar, glazing agent: E414, modified starch, vegetable fat (coconut).

*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. 

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.

We delivery everyday except for Sunday.

Delivery outside of Central London is based on distance from our bakery. To view the cost add the item to your basket and add your delivery details.

Our cakes are freshly baked to order.

Cakes are delivered fresh from our bakery during normal working hours. Timed deliveries can be arranged at cost by emailing us. We do aim to delivery your cake as early as possible. 

If you cannot accept delivery please make alternative arrangements, e.g. leave with neighbour. 

All our cakes are produced on premises handling wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, dairy, soya, nuts and peanuts.

We do not offer free-from or vegan options anymore.
