A banoffee cake composed of fresh banana sponge, Swiss meringue buttercream, salted caramel ganache and toffee fudge. The sponge is moist, soft and naturally fragrant, carrying the ripe sweetness of banana through each layer. Finished with silky buttercream, glossy caramel ganache, artisan cupcakes, fudge pieces and rainbow buttercream swirls, it brings the warmth of banoffee pie into a layered celebration cake with softness, caramel depth and a little crunch.

Delivery
Your cake is baked to order in our London or Surrey bakery, then dispatched and hand-delivered by our own drivers. Standard routes cover the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance.
Cake care
Keep the cake boxed and cool. If refrigerated, bring it to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavour.

Banana Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, banana.
Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt.
Decorations
Salted Caramel Ganache: white chocolate [(min cocoa 28%, min milk solids 23%), sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), natural vanilla)], cream (milk), sugar, salt.
Fudge: Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Skimmed MILK (Skimmed MILK, Sugar), Glucose Syrup, Fondant (Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water), Coconut Oil, Stabiliser Blend (Carrier: Dextrose, Stabilisers: Low Methoxyl Pectin and Sodium Alginate), Natural Flavouring.
*Although not necessarily present in this particular product, the colours used across our range of products may include the colours E102*, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.
Each cake is hand-made individually and carefully and while will look similar to the images, may not be identical.
Our cakes are vegetarian and made in bakeries that handle wheat, gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. We do not offer vegan or gluten-free cakes. Standard delivery is by our own drivers within the London and Surrey areas we serve; further-afield delivery may be arranged in advance. Our bakeries are not customer collection points.
