We brought this cake out in 2016, and whilst there are now many imitations elsewhere, the combination of our signature soft and moist vanilla sponge with silky smooth Valrhona cocoa Swiss meringue buttercream strikes the perfect balance between indulgent and not overly sickly-sweet.
