Yes, our vanilla sponges have been elevated to OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD status with the addition of buttermilk that lifts it from your basic standard vanilla cake, keeping it moist for days and giving it a delicious slight tangy flavour that will make everyone run for seconds!
The Sponges: Five layers of vanilla sponge cake in pretty and appetising rainbow colours in pink, yellow, green, blue and purple.
The Frosting: Silky smooth vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, and decorated with rainbow whirly pops, rainbow sprinkles and rainbow buttercream swirls and whirls. You literally cannot have a rainbow-er cake than this!
Shelf life: All cakes are baked fresh to order. Most keep five days from delivery. Certain elements, such as doughnuts, are best within one to two days.
