The ultimate birthday cake. Each tier comprises two layers of our beloved moist vanilla sponge. Decorated with our famed Belgian chocolate drip, crowned with a mini cupcake and sprinkles, and the bottom tier is bejewelled with colourful sprinkles, finished with a delicate swirl of pink buttercream.

The Sponges: Each of the two tiers has two layers of our popular moist vanilla flavour sponge.

The Frosting: Smooth and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.

The Decorations: The top tier has our famed Belgian chocolate drip, crowned with the cutest mini cupcake and sprinkles, and the bottom tier is encrusted with more colourful sprinkles and finished with delicate piped swirl of pink buttercream. 

Sponge: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk, buttermilk (milk), sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract

Buttercream: Sugar, egg white, butter (milk), vanilla extract, salt, colouring Pink (Glycerol, Propylene, Glycol, E551, Food Colour: E104, E155, E129).

Glaze: dark chocolate (milk, soya lecithin), butter (milk)

Decorations:

Sprinkles: Sugar, Wheat Starch, Glucose Syrup, Colours (Curcumin, Chlorophyll), Concentrated Beetroot Juice, Glazing Agent (White and Yellow Beeswax)

 

*The colours used across the entire icing colouring range may include the colours E102, E104, E110, E122 & E129 - which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in some children. 

All products are produced on premises handling eggs, gluten, nuts, peanuts, milk, sesame and soya hence may contain traces. Please note cakes may contain cocktail sticks and dowelling for support.

Shelf Life: Your cake is baked fresh for your chosen date and keeps beautifully for up to five days from delivery.

Storage: Keep the cake in its box in a cool room, or refrigerate if not serving the same day. For detailed guidance, see our cake storage and shelf life guide.

Serving: Bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Allow around three hours out of the fridge so the sponge softens and the buttercream becomes silky and aromatic.
